Due to the Flexible nature of the Aura, when seeking support, it will likely go faster and smoother if you advise:

• Aura Type: Extra or Open Stock
• Brand and Model of Transmitter in use
• Brand and Model of Receiver(s) in use
• Type of Receiver connection and port (PWM, Xbus, Sbus, Remote, SRXL, SumD, PPM, etc)
• Configuration method in use? Factory set Extra? Quick Set? New Model Wizard in Config Tool?
• Description of issue, etc
