*We have found that some ZTW 100A ESCs included in the Cessna 170 and RV-8 may not be calibrated properly from the factory, which may cause issues with motor function. For this reason, we recommend that our customers with the ZTW 100A ESC re-calibrate the ESC to ensure proper performance.

*Ensure that the wing tubes fully seat into each wing. If the wing tubes come to a hard, audible, wood-like stop, you still have about 1/4-inch further to insert the wing tube into the wing. The wing tube stops against foam material, not wood. The wood material is the last ring that the wing tube needs to insert through.

Printed Manual Typo

  • We have found that the Transmitter Configuration Guide on page 9 of the Mamba 60E+ instruction manual lists the wrong wing type to select. Please select 1 aileron, 1 elevator, 1 rudder as the proper wing type.
  • We have also found that the improper wing mounting screws were listed on page 17 of the instruction manual. The screws included with the Mamba 60E+ are (4) M3x10 Phillips head machine screws. These are located in the bag labeled "Main Wing" included with your Mamba 60E+.

Latest Online Manual

The Latest Version of the Mamba 60E+ Manual is available online.

  • This version matches the printed manual.

Build Tips

  • Ensure that the wing tubes fully seat into each wing. If the wing tubes come to a hard, audible, wood-like stop, you still have about 1/4-inch further to insert the wing tube into the wing. The wing tube stops against foam material, not wood. The wood material is the last ring that the wing tube needs to insert through.
