Transmitter Model Setup Procedure

  1. Create a Blank Transmitter Airplane Model with 1 Throttle, 1 Aileron, 1 Elevator, 1 Rudder
    • All Flaps and Flap Systems must be turned OFF. Flap values, Flap to Elevator mixes, and Flap Speed are preprogrammed in the Aura.
  2. Assign the Transmitter's Ch5/Gear channel to a 3 Position switch to change the Flight Modes in flight
  3. Assign the Transmitter's CH6/Aux1 Channel to a 3 Position switch to control the Flaps in flight
  4. Assign the Transmitter's Ch7/Aux2 Channel to a 2 Position switch to function as a Gyro Gain Kill switch in flight
    • The Gyro Gain Kill functionality is Enabled by default when creating the Aura Config File, but can be Disabled.
  5. Adjust Aileron, Elevator, Rudder and Throttle End Points (aka Travel Limits or ATV) as shown in the table below for your Transmitter brand
  6. Verify the rest of the settings as shown in the table below for your Transmitter brand
